returns & exchanges TOP

Follow Your Bliss Designs is dedicated to providing our customers with quality products, service and complete satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not delighted with an item (except for ALL estate sale items as they are sold AS-IS and may not be returned), you may return it within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or full refund (excluding shipping & handling costs). Any customized and/or personalized items will be left to our discretion, and unless type is errored, is non-returnable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return credit or exchanges.

Depending on the nature of the project, we will be happy to discuss with you your ideas. Just leave us a message on our contact page. At this time we welcome custom orders for the following (though not limited to):

~bound mini-books (e.g., mini scrapbooks, journals & atc holders)

~aceos & mixed media collages using your personal photographs, vintage imagery and/or ephemera

~altered books and containers (e.g., papier mache/metal/plastic boxes, glass jars, altoid tins, cd tins, tea cups & the like.)

domestic & international shipping TOP

At this time, we are only taking PAYPAL payments for all orders, both domestic & international.

All domestic US orders will be shipped via USPS first class and/or parcel post mail. All international orders will be shipped via USPS first class air mail.

ATTN all domestic buyers: Some of the merchandise we may carry is either extremely fragile or heavy-weighted. If such is the case, there will be notation by the item description and an additional shipping fee may result. We ask that prior to purchase you kindly contact us with your city, state and zipcode information so that we may be able to quote you an accurate shipping rate. We will notify you via your provided email.

ATTN all internation buyers: We ask that any international buyer contact us through our contact page with the following info: your country & international zip code as well as your paypal email address. We will calculate your particular shipping cost, based on the information provided using an external, online shipping calculator. An email via paypal will be then sent to you regarding your shipping cost . If you are agreeable with the above process & shipping charge, then we will send you an itemized invoice via paypal email. That will complete your order transaction.

what is an ACEO? TOP
ACEO stands for "artist card (limited) editions and originals". They are similar to ATCs (artist trading cards) as they are miniature works of art and have the same dimensions (2.5 inches x 3.5 inches). The main difference between them is that ATCs are to only be TRADED while ACEOs can be sold.
